St. Paddy’s Day Recipe: a CHARMing Dessert

Whether or not your heritage takes you back to the shores of Dublin, everyone is sure to enjoy this tasty St. Patrick’s Day treat. Make this March 17 “magically delicious” with Lucky Charms Bark.  This festive, colorful dessert is easy to make, and fun to eat!

Ingredients

Lucky Charms cereal separated into 2 cups cereal and 1 1/2 to 2 cups marshmallows.
1 pound of white chocolate.

Instructions

Spread the cereal portion in a foil lined 9×13 dish.
Melt the white chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals until it is all melted and smooth.
Pour the chocolate over the cereal. Mix it lightly just to get it all covered.
Top with the marshmallows and press them down lightly.
Let cool until hardened.
Break into pieces and serve!
