Pelham Picture House to Host Marquee Night
March 18, 2021
In celebration of The Pelham Picture House’s Centennial this year, the theatre will be celebrating from March 2021 to March 2022, holding events throughout the year. The first event to kick off the year will be Marquee Night, a virtual celebration featuring 2021 honorees held on March 20 from 6-7 PM.
The event is open to the public to attend, and will consist of a night of film lovers across Westchester to raise money for the Picture House’s second century. The event will also feature 2021 honorees who are from varied backgrounds including the Picture House’s critic-in residence, Marshall Fine, a journalist, filmmaker, and author, Cynthia Erivo, a Grammy, Emmy, and Tony award-winning actress, Bird Runningwater, the director of Sundance Institute’s Indigenous Program, and Pelham locals Missy and James Palmisciano.
Tickets are available for sale, and a silent auction will be held to raise money for the Picture House’s second century. The link to register for the event is below.
