Rachel Lief is a junior at Pelham Memorial High School and is a first year writer on The Pel Mel. Born and raised in Pelham with her younger brother, she enjoys hiking, ballet and going to the beach. Rachel is a member of the Women's Empowerment Club, but hopes to join more clubs that the school has to offer and learn new things. Alongside her hobbies and involvement in school, she enjoys writing about topics she's passionate about, making her gravitate towards writing for The Pel Mel.
