As winter approaches one of the most popular extracurricular activities within the Pelham community is recreational basketball league. Although labeled as casual there is still immense talent throughout the league, creating exciting and competitive matchups. That is why we decided to rank the best rec basketball players in Pelham.

Christian “Giannis” King-Bacot
Christian is by far the best player in the league. He won the championship last year putting up 30 plus points in almost every game. His ferocious drive to the right is unstoppable and his improved jumper makes him the number one player in the league.
Luca “Doncic” Johnson
Luca Johnson decided to continue his career at the Pelham Recreation level this year despite playing JV basketball. Luca has put up master-class performances having games with multiple threes and blocks.
Will “Jokic” Dunhill
Will Dunhill is not new to Pelham Recreation, but after joining late, he has shown his dominance. He has dominated from the freethrow line with his passing and scoring. He also dominates the glass and is loved by his coaches.
Frankie “QB1” Reese
Frankie sees the floor like he sees the field in football as QB1. He nonstop drives to the paint; some people compare him to a Jason Kidd with his unique speed and finishing.
Christopher “Unc” O’Mera
Chris O’Mera known as the fundamental king staying true to mid range shots and layups. Although this is true, Chris is not afraid to show off his athleticism with his chasedown blocks and hustle plays.
