The girls swim team dove into their season swimming against Section 1’s best teams. These teams have, on average, twice the amount of members than Pelham. Despite this, the team has been able to keep meets close. The captains of the team are senior SJ O’Connor, and juniors Asia Bertuccioli and Sofia Cedeño.

Bertuccioli said, “We are very happy with the bond that was formed between the girls and we hope to see them grow and build themselves up as a team in the following years.”

The team participated in divisionals the weekend of October 26. They are sending three relays to Sectionals, with freshman Cindy Wang competing in individual 500m free and 200m IM events.
