In the aftermath of the World cup qualifying games, Brazil suffered from losing 1-0 against Paraguay in addition to Argentina suffering a loss to Colombia by 2-1. 

The Seleção on brazil’s team played the Paraguayan team this past year, in which Diego Gómez, midfielder for the Paraguayan Soccer Team, scored a goal against the Seleção in the first half of the game and after that, Brazil, after coming close to scoring multiple times in the final minutes of the game, could not even the tide against Paraguay. This additional loss on Brazil’s current post Copa America losing streak puts worry in Brazil fans across the world.

In addition, Argentina suffered from a similar loss against Colombia, during their match against each other. The Colombian team was led by captain James Rodríguez who since beginning playing, has led the Colombian League to ground breaking victories. Argentina, however, has been suffering from a series of defeats, this recent game being the most recent example. The recent loss, absence of Messi, and now losing a world cup qualifying match has many Argentina fans very concerned.

After both Brazil and Argentina losing their respective games, many fans have begun assuming the worst.
