On November 21, junior Maria Comerford announced her commitment to play lacrosse at College of the Holy Cross. Holy Cross is a Division I school located in Worcester, Massachusetts.
…..She began the recruitment process early, talking to coaches since the beginning of her junior year. The recruiting process was stressful for Comerford as she also had to juggle a busy junior year schedule.

“I chose Holy Cross because it was the perfect fit for me — not only for lacrosse, but academically, and the school is a good size for me as well,” Comerford said.
