Senior Peyton Rees committed to Emory University for track and field. Emory is a Division III school located in Atlanta, Georgia. Rees’ event in track is shot put, a field event. She is a very driven track athlete, competing in both winter and spring track.

“”I knew I wanted to go south because I’m not a huge fan of the cold, but I wanted a private, smaller school. Emory fit all my criteria and they were interested in me as an athlete. After touring the school I knew it was where I wanted to go,” Rees said.
