On March 23, the Pelham Together Youth Council continued the tradition of the ALS dodgeball tournament, an annual event each year to raise money for the Anthony Senerchia Foundation. The event was held in the middle school gym, where eight teams of six members competed against one another. The winning team, Team Showtime, was composed of seniors Will Stein, Harry Ravitz, juniors Matthew Reynolds, Philip Dulock, Anthony Romano and sophomore Stef Grammatica, won all three of their games en route to the championship victory.

Pelham Together has a youth council that organizes social and fundraising events in the community. Senior Nora Tahbaz is the president of the youth council.

“The tournament is a fun way for students to not only raise money for ALS, but to get out the house, off technology, and get some exercise with friends,” Tahbaz said.

The event ended up raising over $4,000 for the Anthony Senerchia Foundation.
