In celebration of Women’s History Month, the Women’s Empowerment Club held a fundraiser to collect money for My Sisters’ Place. My Sisters’ Place is an organization whose aim is to end domestic violence and human trafficking. The group provides community education and comprehensive, confidential services in Westchester County.

From March 7-11, stickers in support of the organization were sold at a table in front of the auditorium with stickers selling for $3 dollars, two for $5, or four for $10. The  stickers were designed by Livia Banavar

My Sister’s Place trains close to 1,000 nurses, doctors, and EMT’s to assist victims of gender-based violence. MSP also has a crisis hotline (800-298-7233) that operates 24/7 for those looking for guidance or seeking safety.
