Recipe of the Issue: Honey Cornbread

Ingredients:
– 5 egg whites and 2 egg yolks
-1½ cup of water
-Three cornmeal mix boxes
– ½ bag of yellow or vanilla cake mix
-1 stick of butter
-Honey
Recipe:
Step 1: Pour ½ bag of yellow or vanilla cake mix into a bowl.
Step 2. Pour three boxes of cornmeal into the same bowl.
Step 3. Pour 1 ½ cups of water into the bowl and mix until clumps are gone.
Step 4. In a separate bowl, crack 5 egg whites and 2 egg yolks.
Step 5. Pour the egg mixture into the bowl with the cake mix and cornmeal; mix together.
Step 6. Grease a 9” x 13” x 2” rectangular pan to prevent sticking.
Step 6. Pour the mixture into the 9” x 13” x 2” rectangular pan.
Step 7. Make sure the mixture is evenly spread within the pan.
Step 8. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Step 10. Take the pan out of the oven and spread honey around the top of the cornbread.
