Halloween is right around the corner, so this is the perfect time to watch a Halloween movie. 

These following movies are the perfect picks to have a spooky, romantic, or funny Halloween.

If you’re looking for a scare this Halloween, the newly released movie Smile could be the perfect choice. Smile is a freaky, psychological film about a young doctor who experiences terrifying supernatural occurrences. The movie was released on September 30, 2022. This movie is rated R, and it is perfect for people looking for a thrill.

For those who don’t like horror movies, there are Halloween romance movies too such as Corpse Bride. Created by Tim Burton, this film is a high energy animated film about two young adults with an arranged marriage who struggle with the afterlife. This movie has an 84% rotten tomatoes making it perfect for people of all ages looking for a light movie to get into the Halloween spirit.

Lastly, if horror or romance aren’t for you, or you’re looking for a cult classic during the spooky season, a great choice is Beetlejuice. This movie tells the hilarious and disturbing story about a deceased couple who are trapped in their home after death and hire deranged ghoul to exorcize their spirits.
