The 2026 Pelham boys basketball season has come to an end. With a decent regular season, the team was looking on track to succeed in the playoffs. However, the boys were unfortunately knocked out in the first round.
Despite the early exit, the regular season was still strong with leadership from key players. Seniors Kyle Matyko and Kamol Frederick were both consistent point scorers, along with impressive performances from sophomore Sean Grubert and Daniel Middleton.
Throughout the season, the team showed determination and resilience, but unfortunately fell short at the first round. However, there is much to be optimistic about for the coming season, as the star underclassmen make their way into team leadership positions.
